This policy applies to all fees paid on https://events.matangifoundation.org for programs conducted by Dakshina Foundation (Ulchemy, Dhaarana and other 2-day programs). Please read it before you pay. By completing a payment you agree to it.
Program fees — whether paid in full online or as an advance — are non-refundable and non-transferable. Requests for cancellation or refund after a payment is successfully placed will not be accepted, including if you are unable to attend.
You may choose not to attend, but the fee paid is not refunded and cannot be transferred to another person. If you paid only an advance, the balance is not collected if you do not attend.
If we cancel or reschedule a program, we will inform you by WhatsApp/SMS/email and you may attend the rescheduled date or the next available cohort of the same program at no extra cost.
If your account was debited but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same registration, the amount is refunded to the original payment method. Gateway auto-reversals usually complete within 5–7 working days. If you do not receive it, email enquiries@matangifoundation.org with your transaction reference and we will resolve it within 7 working days of your request.
